Customers will be classified into 4 tiers - Member, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. They can upgrade their level by performing more and more transactions with the company thus unlocking exclusive rewards and access to exclusive events.
Members from the AutoCard and MyNexa program will be transitioned automatically to this new loyalty program. Also, the program is card-less thus all information and transaction alerts will be sent digitally to the customer's registered mobile number.
