After ruling the compact SUV segment with its wildly popular Creta, Hyundai will be trying to repeat the same success with its new 7-seater Creta.

With the edition of this new gen Creta in the market, Hyundai enters it's second generation in 2020.This vehicle is especially being made to blow-off its opponents in China and India. The Chinese version of this car has already been launched by the name - ix25 and this model will be the framework for model in India. In India it is supposed to be available in both 5-seater and 7-seater version with 7 color variants.

As we can see from the Chinese model, this car will be a little heavy, sleek and elegant, powerful,super safe and comfy and full of new interactive features making this 7-seater a complete package. As per the speculations it will be available in the price range of ₹11 to 17 lakhs.
ix25 will feature the same BS-6 compliant, 1.5 litre petrol and diesel engines. The petrol motor produces 114 bhp and 144Nm of torque and the diesel engine churns out 114 bhp of power and 250 Nm of torque. The interior has been revised with addition of a 10.25 inch touchscreen angled to the driver and mounted on the centre console.
Other new additions include - a tilt adjustable steering, tyre pressure monitor, telephonic features and a push-button start feature. Adding to this there will be curtain airbags in addition to curtain airbags, making it more safer. Along with that the car will get the new design of the Hyundai Venue on the frontend.
Competitors
The next-gen Creta will face a stiff competition from MG Hector, Tata Harrier, Mahindra XUV500, Renault Captur and Nissan Kicks. Other than these many 7-seaters will get launched by the time Creta lands in the market. Also the stretched version of Kia Seltos will give a tough competition.
