Tata Motors seems very busy these days. It is lined for a flurry of launches in almost every segment. It wants a pie of every segment.
In recent times Tata had two vehicles that competed in a sub-4-meter sedan segment namely Tigor and Zest. The Zest being discontinued in the absence of demand and somewhat outdated looks and so Tata has just one Dzire rival in its stable.

According to media reports, Tata is working on a sub 4 m sedan internally named Goshaq. It can be expected that the car will be based on Tata motor's ALFA platform and bear resemblance to newly launched Altroz.






 The design language will be most probably IMPACT 2.0. The powertrain options can be borrowed from Altroz and Nexon. Expect it to have similar features to that of Altroz and more premium than that of Tigor.
